Born in 1960, in Belgrade. After 20 years of dynamic, freelance journalistic career all over former Yugoslavia and the succeeding states, in 1999. he started working for international media assistance/development agencies – initially in Bosnia-Herzegovina for USAID, implementing partners Internews then IREX. Returned to Serbia in 2001. as Media Advisor, and later Deputy Chief of Party and Acting CoP for IREX ProMedia. In 2007. he joined Swiss-based Medienhilfe as West Balkans & Roma Media Program manager. Afterwords, in 2012. he joined OSF Serbia staff. Dragan organized a number of international panels, round tables, conferences, educational events, non-profit campaigns, conducted trainings, workshops, on-site consultancies etc. He also authored and edited articles and publications.
