Stevan is an investigative journalist and the editor-in-chief of KRIK (Crime and Corruption Reporting Network). He engaged in investigative journalism in 1998, as part of international journalist organizations Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP). Since the summer of 2012 until April 2015 he was editor-in-chief of the Center for Investigative Reporting in Serbia (CINS). Stevan trains journalists for research work and he as well helped in founding of several redactions for research. He wrote a book, “Saric – as Balkan cocaine cartel won Europe” in 2014. Stevan is the recipient of several awards, including: award Dusko Jovanovic 2015, Regional Award South Grizelj 2013, two national awards for excellence in investigative reporting in 2011 and 2012. He is one of the seven members of the international research team that won the Daniel Pearl award, for cross-border investigative journalism, awarded at the World Conference of Investigative Journalism in Kiev, 2011.
