Tatjana Lazarevic is a native of Kosovska Mitrovica. Her university education background is in philology, public relations and communication. Ms Lazarevic has extensive working experience in teaching, communication/journalism and civic engagement. She has also worked for OSCE and UNMIK in media sections in the previous decade and almost all schools in North Kosovo. From 2010 until 2014 she was a lecturer in communication at the International Business College of Mitrovica, teaching in both their northern and southern campuses. Between 2008 and 2015 she was a correspondent from North Kosovo for Osservatorio Balcani a Caucaso, an Italian political online magazine. Since 2005, she is the Program Manager at local NGO “Communities Development Centre”. She was responsible for many political, media, and education programs and public events. Currently Ms Lazarevic is the editor of the media and news outlet, Kosovo North Portal – KoSSev, the youngest and the leading Kosovo Serbian speaking media in Kosovo. She is the author of a series academic and expert papers in communication with a focus on North Kosovo.
